Join Carl Franklin and Richard Campbell from .NET Rocks as they moderate a discussion on the future directions of .NET. The panellists: Ted Neward, Oren Eini, and Scott Bellware all have strong visions of the future of software development and the role that .NET can play in that future. Attend this session and bring your questions to get some insight into the potential future of .NET!


Welcome to TVBUG's home on the Web. The Toronto Visual Basic User Group is dedicated to the development of its members in Microsoft .NET, particularly Visual Basic and it's related technologies. TVBUG welcomes developers of all skill levels to its meetings and strives to make the content we present interesting and informative for experts and beginners alike.

If you're reading this or you attended one of our meetings, you are already a member. For the present TVBUG is being fully sponsored. That means there is no cost to attend the meetings or use the resources on this web site.

It is possible that in the future we will introduce a minimal membership fee to help cover the costs of running the group. If we decide to do this you will be notified well in advance by announcements at the meetings or information presented on this web site.

TVBUG is a proud member of The International .NET Association (INETA). INETA provides structured, peer-based organizational, educational, and promotional support to the growing worldwide community of Microsoft .NET user groups. Their mission is to offer assistance and resources to community groups that promote and educate their membership in Microsoft's .NET technologies.

INETA is the next evolution in user group communities – a non-profit, independent organization, chartered with supporting all user groups interested in the Microsoft .NET platform.
